Compliance Recording Screen Capture
Launched screen recording capability for Compliance Recording and transcription, enabling agents to capture screen content simultaneously with camera recording for complete transaction documentation. System supports three recording modes: camera only, screen only, or both simultaneously, with proper storage and retrieval for playback and download
Implemented automatic video transcription for compliance recordings, generating downloadable transcripts from Transaction Details. Transcription initiates automatically when compliance video is generated and consolidates data chunks into readable format after recording session completion
