Duplicate Vehicle Detection Infrastructure
Implemented backend endpoint for duplicate vehicle identifier detection supporting VIN-only matching for Product Sale transactions and combined VIN + Stock Number matching for Vehicle Transactions. System checks all transaction statuses except voided, enabling duplicate-detection warnings during transaction-creation workflows (VFI-2969).
