EqualWeb is an accessibility widget and monitoring service that adds an on-page menu where visitors can adjust contrast, font size, cursor size, keyboard navigation and other display settings, and scans the site for WCAG and ADA compliance issues.

Set the first time a visitor opens the EqualWeb accessibility menu, so later page views can tell the widget that the menu has already been loaded once. Its value is the site's own EqualWeb site key rather than a visitor identifier.
