Release Note

Version 1.52.0

May 26, 2026

Major Features & Refinements

AI Menu
The AI Menu is now implemented, introducing dealership and menu-level toggles, a recommended package display with visual differentiation from standard packages, and a loading state animation. The feature is designed for VFI’s internal testing and feedback rounds.

DealCast: Spotlight Implementation
The core DealCast Spotlight is now implemented. F&I managers can create and end DealCast sessions that synchronize navigation across a customer’s nearby device, with all session events broadcast via a subscription filtered by checkout. Force-follow functionality handles real-time messages and triggers navigation on the customer side, with a confirmation modal before forcing all participants. A dedicated UI tool component covers all required dealer and customer visual states, and toast notifications alert the customer when a session starts.

DealerTrack: Push to DMS at Payment Step

OpenTrack dealerships can now push deal data back to the DMS from the Payment step. When “Pay on DMS” is selected, the UI shows updated copy and a “Push Back to DMS” button that triggers the mutation, syncing only the differences between the current deal state and what is already in OpenTrack.

Drawing Tool as Standalone Feature

The drawing tool is now a persistent navigation bar item available to dealership users across all presentation modes — static, DealCast, and Virtual Meetings — replacing its previous dependency on an active Virtual Meeting session.

Centralized User Management: Titles and Permissions Enforcement

We’re excited to introduce User Titles in Centralized User Management, making it easier to reflect your dealership’s real organizational structure while keeping all existing access controls unchanged.

Support & Improvements (Misc)

Sample Contract and Product Guide: Full Screen Mode

The Sample Contract and Product Guide pop-up windows introduced in version 1.51.0 now include a Full Screen option, allowing documents to expand to the full Sales Tool window width. This makes it easier to review documents during presentations while staying within the transaction flow.

Menu: Product Icons by Sales Type

Products in the menu now feature icons based on their sales type category, making it easier to quickly identify and distinguish products during presentations.

One platform. Multiple models.

Regardless of structure, all F&I activity runs through AiAuto — delivering unified workflows, real-time visibility, and consistent performance across centralized, decentralized, and on-demand models.
