Product Management — Configuration Tab Save/Cancel Behavior 

Adds explicit Save and Cancel actions to configuration settings, allowing users to review changes before applying them and discard edits when needed.

Document Management — List View 

Introduces the first release of Document Management, providing a centralized document library with support for tenant, group, and dealership-level document inheritance. Inherited documents are clearly identified and cannot be edited or deleted at lower organizational levels.

Document Management — Upload and Signature Configuration 

Allows administrators to upload documents and configure signature and date placement for electronic signing. Signing requirements and signer locations can be customized to support dealership workflows.

Document Management — Rules 

Enables administrators to define when documents appear within a transaction using configurable criteria such as transaction type, customer state, purchase type, lienholder, and transaction step. Organizations can add supplemental rules to inherited documents while preserving parent-level configurations.

Document Management — Hierarchy 

Automatically distributes documents through the organizational hierarchy, allowing tenant-level documents to flow to groups and dealerships while maintaining local document control where applicable.

vMenu — Product Card: Configure Product Opens in Modal 

Enhances product customization by moving product configuration into a dedicated modal with persistent pricing and action controls. Marketing materials and PDFs can be viewed without leaving the configuration experience.

Release Notes Banner 

Adds a dismissible release notes banner within the back office, providing quick access to the latest product updates whenever a new version is released.

OFAC — Upload New Remediation Document After Transaction Approval 

Allows users to upload additional OFAC remediation documents after a transaction has been approved, improving flexibility for compliance follow-up and record completion.

OFAC — Show Uploader Name and Photo on Remediation Documents 

Enhances compliance visibility by displaying the uploader’s name and profile photo alongside remediation documents, providing clear document ownership and submission history.

DMS — Lienholder ZIP Code Trimmed to 5 Digits 

Improves DMS data synchronization by standardizing lienholder ZIP code formatting, helping reduce validation issues caused by ZIP+4 values.

DMS — Lienholder Address Updated on Every Pull 

Enhances data accuracy by refreshing lienholder address information during every DMS sync, ensuring the latest information is reflected within transactions.

Deal Summary — Duplicate Documents Not Filtered 

Resolves an issue that could cause duplicate documents to appear within the Deal Summary view.

iPad (iOS 26.5.2) — Unable to Type in Dealership Name Field 

Resolves an issue on iPad devices that prevented users from entering dealership information in Safari and Chrome.

OFAC — Delete External Documents from Completed Transactions 

Allows users to delete external OFAC-related documents directly from completed transactions for improved document maintenance and compliance record management.

Compliance — Feature Flag Backend Consolidation 

Simplifies compliance configuration by consolidating related compliance settings into unified controls while maintaining existing monitoring and verification functionality.
